Litigation 

  • Successful representation of businesses and contracts in breach of contract , fraud and business practice claims
  • Successful representation of businesses and individuals in insurance coverage disputes , including cargo damage contracts
  • Represented a company as creditor in fraudulent bankruptcy filing and obtaining recovery against debtor and debtor’s attorney
  • Representing the manufacturer of electronic products in a
    $1.9 million claim arising from a sales agreement with an Iranian buyer.

Arbitration

  • Represented a Qatar construction products and minerals seller as a counsel in a commercial arbitration with a Maltese buyer worth 30 million USD (ICC, UK Law London)
  • Sole arbitrator in a domestic construction arbitration worth 9.5 million USD (Iranian law, Tehran)
  • Co-arbitrator in a share purchase agreement (M&A) between a Kenyan buyer and a Nigerian seller (ICC, French law, Paris)
  • Sole arbitrator in a dispute regarding damages to a yacht. (Iranian law, Tehran)

Transactional Matters

  • Formation and maintenance of different types of entities , including PJSC’s , LLC’s and
